Entries must be received by midnight on Friday, September 9, 2016. To enter, return a completed form along with a photo of the child and entry fee to the Cecil Whig, 601 Bridge St., Elkton, MD 21921. Entry forms can be found in editions of the Cecil Whig and are available at the Cecil Whig office.
How to Enter: The cost to enter is $15.00 per child which also covers publication in the 2016 Cutest Baby Photo Album supplement. Employees of the Adams Publishing Group of Chesapeake, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. The Cecil Whig reserves the right to verify proof of age.
Entries may be submitted by a parent or legal guardian or a grandparent with permission from the custodial parent.
Eligibility: The Cecil Whig Cutest Baby Contest is open to residents of the United States born on or after Aug(under the age of five). All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.
